Who: Members and fans of the Collie Family. (The "Collie Family" consists of Rough-coated, Smooth-coated, Bearded, and Border Collies; Shetland Sheepdogs; Australian Kelpies; and Australian and English Shepherds and their humans).
What: The Collie Family Artistry Weekend will be a celebration of the Collie Family. It will feature an all-breed AHBA-sanctioned herding trial (the "Mother Goose Trial"), plus an art fair (including a contest and works by both professional and amateur "Collie Family" painters, sculptors, photographers, and craftspeople) and obedience, rally, tracking, conformation, grooming, health, and rescue activities and workshops offered by both professional and amateur Collie Family experts.
When: May 10-11, 2008 (Mother's Day weekend)
Where: Willowside Ranch in Pescadero, CA, 17-miles south of Half Moon Bay Cost: $10/person/day to register plus charges for some of the optional special events
